School Rules

  • Students must always be neat and tidy; well-groomed and in a proper uniform with polished and clean shoes, proper hair cut, tidy nails, etc. The uniform must be adhered to strictly. The list of cloth in given in the appendix includes all the articles registered.
  • Strictly no cash is allowed in school.
  • All the students must carry the school diary to the school. Any comments from teachers meant for the parents, or vice versa must be shown to them and got signed.
  • All the students should be smart in the way they sit, stand, walk and talk, be polite with everyone and especially respectful with elders, teachers ladies, and visitors.
  • All the students should be punctual and present in time at all places where they are supposed to be : classes, PT., games, sports, prayer, etc., and whichever activities they have to be a present for or are putdown for.
  • They must respect the school and everyone and everything therein avoiding any wastage, misuse, damage or mutilation; not only keep themselves clean but also the things and place around them.
  • They must not raise their voices; shout, or use foul language or indulge in quarrels, fight and violence.
  • Students must involve themselves wholeheartedly in their studies as well as House activities, responding positively to their teacher and their Housemasters/Housemistresses.
  • A student found guilty of a serious breach of discipline will be immediately expelled from the school without any liability on the part of the institute,
  • All the students roust ensure punctuality and regularity in school attendance Minimum of 80% attendances is a must for all students,
  • Though the school takes all due normal precautions, it does not take any responsibility for accidents.

Breach of Code of Conduct

Any breach of code of conduct by a student will not be accepted, weather it is negligence in academic work; or behaviour contrary to the rules, regulations and expectations of the school eg., foul language; defiant or rude behaviour; willful damage of school property; stealing; unruly or violent actions; bullying and ragging; smoking or use of any intoxicants; use of unfair means in tests and exams; moral turpitude, or any other acts or omissions harmful to the institution or anyone or anything there in.

Punishments may range from fines (including collective fines); detention and deprivation of some facility etc. to suspension and expulsion from school for

  • Noncompliance of rules and regulations
  • Nonpayment of school fees beyond the date stipulated
  • Prolonged absence without leave approval
  • Failing twice in the same class.
  • Misconduct and indiscipline of any type, including those mentioned in the last para.
  • Any dispute or claim of any nature what so ever, against the school, school society, any of its employees or office bearers will be subject to the jurisdiction of the His Courts only.

This document is only outlines of various procedures aims, objectives and facilities of the school. It is not a detailed document of the rules, regulations etc. The school reserves the right to delete, alter, revise and change the contents as mentioned in the prospectus at any time without giving any prior notice arid without assigning any reason thereof.
